Packing Options – Bulk & Retail

We provide bulk and retail packaging solutions for exporters, ensuring your products arrive fresh, hygienic, and intact. We also offer customized packaging to meet your branding and market requirements.

Delivery Terms

FOB (Free On Board)

We deliver goods to the port of shipment, and you handle shipping and insurance from that point.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

We cover the cost of goods, insurance, and freight to your destination port.

CNF (Cost and Freight)

We cover the cost of goods and freight, while you handle insurance separately.

Terms & Conditions

1 Pricing All prices are indicative and may vary with market conditions, raw material costs, and exchange rates at the time of order. Prices mentioned are for bulk orders unless specified otherwise.
2 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Minimum order quantity applies depending on product type and packaging. Please contact us for details.
3 Packing Products are packed in export-quality bulk or retail packaging (PP woven bags, paper bags, tins, jars, PET bottles, pouches, or jerry cans). Custom packaging is available on request (OEM / Private Label).
4 Shipping & Delivery Delivery terms are FOB / CIF / CNF based on mutual agreement. Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination port and shipping method. All shipments are handled with care to maintain product quality.
5 Payment Terms Advance Payment: 70% of total order value is required at the time of order confirmation. Remaining Payment: Balance 30% can be settled via Letter of Credit (LC) or Documents against Payment (DP). Payment methods can be adjusted for long-term buyers.
6 Quality Assurance All products are checked for quality, purity, and hygiene before shipment. We comply with all food safety and export regulations.
7 Customs & Import Compliance Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
8 Order Cancellation & Modification Any order cancellation or modification must be requested prior to production or dispatch. Custom or branded orders may not be cancellable once production has started.
9 Liability VS4 Kwality Goods is not liable for damages caused by improper handling or storage after delivery. Claims for damaged or missing shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
